Welcome to
The Three Horseshoes
The Three Horseshoes is a haven in North Norfolk for people who love pubs with real character. Soak up the atmosphere in our unspoilt bar and dining rooms, or soak up the sunshine in our spacious walled garden.
Enjoy our simple, unfussy food, made with the best local produce, local ales, fine wines and, if you’re staying, stylish but cosy bedrooms. We are family-owned and family-run and pride ourselves on a warm welcome to all.
Brokerage fees, also known as broker fees, are based on a percentage of the transaction, as a flat fee, or as a hybrid of the two. Broker fees vary according to the industry and type of broker.
Pub & Garden
The Horseshoes dates back to 1725, its long history evident in the traditional serving hatch (one of few surviving in Norfolk), pamment-tiled floors, scrubbed wooden tables and many authentic features. You can eat and drink in the snug atmosphere of our bar and dining rooms, warm and cosy in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer. Or you can enjoy the glorious Norfolk outdoors in the sheltered environment of our walled garden, with plenty of space for adults, children and dogs.
Food & Drink
Enjoy our simple, unfussy food cooked with the best local produce – pies, puddings and all pub classics are our passion. Try one of our local ales from Woodfordes and Adnams, or if you prefer, wine from our carefully selected menu. We love feeding kids too – explore our children’s menu for some tasty home-cooked and wholesome options. Last but not least, there is a doggy treat menu available at the bar.
Bed & Breakfast
If you love the Three Horseshoes and its idyllic village location, you can extend the experience by staying in one of our six stylishly refurbished en-suite double bedrooms. Warham is perfectly located at the centre of the heritage coast and is a great base from which to explore North Norfolk.

As we head in to Autumn we are looking forward to lighting our fires and making the pub cosy for our guests. This is a fantastic time to visit Norfolk as the crowds disappear, the coast is just as beautiful on a windy Autumn afternoon or crisp winters morning. Why not treat your self to a pre Christmas get away?
